Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialLoop (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
The Service
SocialLoop generates, schedules and publishes social media posts and blog content. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any business you add.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
- Don't impersonate others or violate any platform's rules where you publish.
- Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Plans, credits & billing
- Paid plans are billed per business on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Credits are consumed by generation actions; monthly allowances and one-off packs are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Taxes may apply and are handled at checkout.
Content & AI output
You retain rights to the content and brand assets you provide. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the AI-generated outputs you create for your business. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
Third-party publishing
When you connect social accounts, you authorise us to publish on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding [12] months.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
