This Privacy Policy explains how SocialLoop ("we", "us") collects, uses and safeguards information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). SocialLoop is owned, operated and maintained by AG Digital Labs, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password.
• Business profile — business name, industry, website, address, phone, email and brand assets (logo, colours) you provide.
• Content — prompts, generated posts and images, and scheduling data.
• Usage data — actions in the app and basic device/log information.
• Billing data — plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate and improve the Service.
• To generate content using your brand profile and prompts.
• To publish posts to the social accounts you connect, on your instruction.
• To process subscriptions and credit purchases.
• To send service notifications (e.g. approval requests, invoices).

AI processing

Prompts and brand context are sent to AI model providers to generate text and images. We only send what is needed to fulfil your request and do not sell your data.

Generated content, publishing & payments

• No guarantee on generated content. AI-generated posts, images and blogs are provided "as is", without any warranty as to accuracy, quality, originality or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
• Approve-first by default. SocialLoop prefers an approve-first workflow, giving you the chance to review each post before it goes live.
• Automatic publishing. Where you enable automatic publishing, content is generated to align with the business goals and brand details you provide; you remain responsible for the accounts and content published on your behalf.
• No refunds. Payments for subscriptions and credits are non-refundable once made. A free trial is provided so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service — hosting, AI generation, image storage, social publishing and payments — and only as needed. We do not sell personal data.

Data storage & security

Data is stored on secure infrastructure with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.

Governing law

This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
