Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work on SocialLoop (the "Service"), owned, operated and maintained by AG Digital Labs, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Try before you pay

Every new business starts with a free trial and free credits, so you can evaluate the Service and the quality of AI-generated content before you pay anything.

No refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable. Subscription fees and one-off credit purchases are non-refundable once paid, whether or not the credits or time are used, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • Downgrading a plan, or cancelling before the end of a billing period, does not create a right to a pro-rata or partial refund.
  • Unused monthly credits do not carry over and are not refundable.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account under Settings → Billing.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then. It simply does not renew afterwards.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation, unless you resubscribe.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a technical billing fault — contact us at hello@usesocialloop.com within 7 days of the charge. Where we confirm an erroneous or duplicate payment, we will refund it to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times after that depend on your bank or card issuer.

AI-generated content

AI-generated posts, images and blogs are provided "as is". AI can make mistakes, so results may occasionally contain errors or imperfections — you can regenerate content and you review everything before it is published. Dissatisfaction with AI output is not a basis for a refund; the free trial is provided so you can assess quality first.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
